Why the company exists

Jeff and Jessica started ARCC around a simple idea: take on fewer jobs and finish them properly. Both had seen what happens in this trade when a company books more work than its crews can handle. Schedules slip, detail work gets skipped, and the customer finds out two years later when a valley leaks or a wall turns soft under the siding.

Staying deliberately sized has a cost. It means we sometimes tell people we cannot start when they want us to, and it means we lose bids to companies that will promise a faster date. It also means the person who looked at your roof is the person who knows what is happening on it.

What that looks like on a job

• A written scope that names the materials rather than quoting a single number
• Decking replacement priced per sheet before the tear-off, so nothing is a surprise
• New flashing and pipe boots instead of reused metal
• Attic ventilation checked, and the intake problem explained if there is one
• Photos at inspection, during the work and at completion
• A real answer when a roof does not need replacing yet

Stable work, family, and the community

ARCC is a family business in the literal sense, and the people working for it have families too. Steady, well-run projects are what keep skilled tradespeople employed year-round instead of chasing storms across three states. That is a large part of why the company operates the way it does.

We live and work in Southwest Missouri. That means we are reachable in three years when a warranty question comes up, which is not something you can say about the crews that appear after a hail event and are gone by fall.

The trades under one roof

ARCC began as a construction company, and the roofing division grew out of it. That history is why a roof replacement can turn into framing repair, why water damage work includes the rebuild rather than a handoff to another contractor, and why remodeling, siding and concrete coatings all sit under the same company.

ARCC family of services

Two parts of the business run under their own names because customers search for them that way. ARCC Epoxy handles concrete coatings, and MO Gutters handles gutter systems. Same ownership, same standards, separate sites for people shopping for that one thing.
