Considering ARCC for repair or replacement? Our project/estimate inspection is free and helps us prepare a construction scope. Need a professional opinion and report for a decision or dispute? That is a separate, paid NRCIA inspection engagement. We agree on the question, accessible areas, deliverables and fee before work begins. An inspection does not obligate you to hire ARCC for construction.

Jeff Maez holds the designation NRCIA Forensic Roof Inspector, certified through April 17, 2027. NRCIA explains that reports and opinions reflect the independent judgment and professional responsibility of the member issuing them. - Is a professional roof inspection free?
- No. A documentation-first NRCIA inspection/report is a separate paid engagement. ARCC's project/estimate inspection for a potential repair or replacement is free. Ask us about scope and fee before scheduling a professional report.
- Will the report say whether insurance must pay?
- No. It can document observed conditions and address a defined technical question. Coverage depends on the policy, the facts of the loss and the carrier's determination.
