Coordination and inspections
We sequence the trades against the inspection schedule for the jurisdiction, keep the permit set current when the design changes, and hold the subs to the dates that matter rather than the ones that do not. Weekly updates go to the owner or property manager in writing.
Working in an occupied building
Dust and noise control, protected egress, after-hours work where required, and staging that keeps customer areas usable. We have done enough of this to plan it up front instead of improvising once the business starts losing traffic.
