How we run a project
You get a written scope that names materials and identifies what is and is not included, a schedule with realistic milestones, and a single point of contact. Change orders get documented and priced before the work happens, not discovered on the final invoice. Permits and inspections are handled through the jurisdiction the project sits in.
Fewer jobs, finished properly
We deliberately do not take on more work than our crews can finish well. That means we occasionally tell people we cannot start when they want. It also means the project you hired us for is not sitting untouched while we chase the next one.

- Yes, and we can also help scope a project that does not have plans yet.
