Fire, Water & Mold Restoration
Restoration work has two halves: limiting the damage, and rebuilding what was lost. ARCC works the building side. We assess the damage, document it, coordinate the appropriate trades and mitigation as needed, and handle the repair and reconstruction through finishes.

Why the rebuild side matters
A lot of property owners find out the hard way that the company drying the building is not the company putting it back together. That handoff is where schedules slip and scope gets lost. Because we are a construction company first, the same team that documents the damage can frame, drywall, trim, paint and finish the space.

Cold-weather water losses
Freeze events in Southwest Missouri push water into buildings through burst supply lines, ice dams at poorly ventilated eaves, and melt at the foundation. ARCC can assess the damaged building components and handle repair and reconstruction, coordinating appropriate trades as needed. Licensed plumbing repair belongs to a plumber, and we will tell you when that call needs to come first.
Finding the source first
Interior damage almost always has an exterior or mechanical cause. A ceiling stain over a bedroom may be a pipe boot. A wet wall may be missing window flashing. A musty smell in July is often the crawl space. We look for the source before replacing materials, because otherwise the repair fails the next time it rains.
Insurance
Most restoration work runs through a claim. We document what we find, provide a construction estimate, and work with your adjuster against the approved scope. Coverage, deductible obligations and claim requirements are decided by your policy language and your carrier, not by a contractor. See how the claim process typically works.

- How fast can you respond?
- Call (417) 300-9083 and we will give you a straight answer about our current schedule. We do not publish a response-time promise we cannot hold.
- Do you handle the whole rebuild?
- Yes, through finish carpentry, paint and flooring, including exterior and roofing work when the loss involved the envelope.
- Do you perform the water extraction and drying?
- We coordinate mitigation with the appropriate provider as the loss requires. Our own scope is assessment, documentation, repair and reconstruction.
- Is restoration work covered by insurance?
- It may be, depending on policy terms and the cause of loss. Sudden, accidental damage is generally treated differently from long-term seepage and maintenance issues. Confirm coverage with your carrier or agent.
