Jeff Maez is an NRCIA Forensic Roof Inspector, certified through April 17, 2027. ARCC offers separate paid, documentation-first inspection and report engagements for second opinions, claim disputes, workmanship and installation questions, leaks, and property due diligence.
A free ARCC project inspection helps scope potential repair or replacement. A professional report is a different service: we agree on the technical question, deliverables and fee before the visit. Findings are the issuing inspector’s own professional opinion; NRCIA does not inspect the property for ARCC. Family-owned and woman-owned, ARCC is run by Jeff and Jessica Maez.

Hail bruising is not visible from the driveway. Before you call your carrier, it is worth knowing whether the mat is actually fractured and how many slopes are affected. For prospective roof work, we inspect free, document by slope, and tell you when there is nothing there.
